File paperwork to form my businessYou form a new business entity by filing the documents with the Idaho Secretary of the State To form a corporation, file a Certificate of Incorporation and pay the $100 filing fee. To form a Idaho LLC, file a Certificate of Organization and pay the $100 fee. Include the following information in your filing: – Business name and address – Registered agent name and address – Incorporator/organizer name and contact information – Authorized share information (corporations only) – Name and address of at least one member (LLCs only) Normal processing takes 3-5 days. Processing can be completed within 8 business hours for an extra $20. Drop off, mail, or fax 2 copies of your paperwork to the Secretary of the State. If you fax file, make sure you include a credit card payment form, available on the States website.
